This course is designed for new CBCT users interested in learning more about the clinical applications of cone beam technology. This training course consists of four parts which cover all relevant anatomical and clinical applications for the purpose of implementing CBCT technology at your practice.

Cancellation Policy
Space is limited. If you must cancel, and we are able to fill your seat, your tuition will be credited to another course. Cancellations made after May 15, without transfer to a later course, will be refunded 50%. All cancellations or course transfers will also incur a $100 processing fee. Dr. Varsha Kadyan
CEO / Chief Oral & Maxillofacial Radiologist, iMagDent
Dr. Varsha Kadyan was born and raised in India and received her dental degree (BDS) from India in 2012.
She practiced general dentistry for a couple years before moving to the United States. She completed
her residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at the University of Connecticut Health Center, School of
Dental Medicine, leading to a certificate and a Master of Dental Science degree in 2021. Dr. Kadyan is an
active member of several professional organizations including American Dental Association (ADA), American
Society of Head and Neck Radiology, Texas Dental Association (TDA) and the American Academy of Oral and
Maxillofacial Radiology. She has lectured and presented on multiple subjects within the OMFR specialty at
various conferences and seminars throughout the United States and India.
Dr. Joe Iwanaga
Associate Professor, Department of Neurosurgery, Tulane University
Joe Iwanaga, DDS, PhD is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, dentist and anatomist from Japan and a board
member of the American Association of Clinical Anatomists (AACA). Dr. Iwanaga graduated from Tokyo
Medical and Dental University and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2007. After dental school,
he finished a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Kurume University in 2009. In 2016, Dr. Iwanaga
received his Doctor of Philosophy degree in clinical anatomy from Kurume University. His research career
has been devoted to clinical anatomy and has resulted in over 250 peer-reviewed publications in the medical/
scientific literature. He serves on multiple editorial boards, is an editor for the journal Clinical Anatomy, and
sits on the advisory board of the 7th edition of Netter’s Atlas of Human Anatomy. Additionally, Dr. Iwanaga
has authored a number of textbooks on clinical anatomy (e.g., Clinical Anatomy of the Ligaments of the
Craniocervical Junction, Cambridge Scholars Publishing; Anatomy, Imaging and Surgery of the Intracranial
Dural Venous Sinuses, Elsevier) and is an author of the 42nd edition of Gray’s Anatomy.
