The wavelength of the Er:YAG laser is most suitable for dental treatments, because it is readily absorbed by water. Therefore, it efficiently vaporizes human tissue that has high water content and only affects the surface of that tissue. In consequence it produces very little heat which reduces pain to a minimum. There is almost no heating with Er:YAG. Implants hardly heat up at all even when irradiated. The integration bone will not be damaged.

The Morita Er:YAG produces very little heat which keeps discomfort to a minimum, prevents damage to deeper layers and to material like implants. This is the major key for successful osseointegration. 

As an additional support, the flexible fiber cable and fiber pole reduce the weight of the handpiece to a minimum – less than 50g. This allows you to concentrate on the treatment procedure.
The flexible arm enables a free handpiece movement of approx. 600 mm from the handpiece hanger. Compared to solid fibers used by other companies, Morita’s hollow tube cable is longer lasting, because the Dry Air is vehicle of AdvErL EVO

The hanger is attached to the unit with a magnet so that it remains secure. The position of the handpiece hanger can be adjusted to suit the individual dentist.

The unique feature of Erwin AdvErL EVO are the tips. Water and air supply are integrated into the tip where the laser beam is transmitted and emitted. This feature pinpoint aligns the flow of the spray.

PSM600T

The R600T emits the laser from the sides of the tip, especially useful for debridement of peri-implantitis – this feature is completely unique in the market.

Usage:             

• Treatment of periodontal pockets

Structure:          

• The spigot of the tip is covered by metal (TiN coating)
• The shape of the spigot is same as the PS600T
• The end diameter is same as the C400F

R600T
